Are there any substitutes for cornflower?

they kinda have to be something that i can get from a supermarket or something..... :S:S:S:S

Are there any substitutes for cornflower?
corn flour is a thicken and almost any good flour will due or arrowroot is another but if your going to the market just buy corn flower you find it in the baking supplies where the flour salt sugar areas a small box is usually only a little over a dollar

but arrowroot is the closest you can get to cornflour.
Reply:What are you making? In a lot of recipes I would say no.
