I need ideas for center pieces??
To play on your crystal theme, you could use crystal bowls, although that may end up getting expensive:

I just picked that one because you can actually see the bowl - you'd probably put in flowers instead, but the bowls would make a lovely take home for your guests, and they don't all have to match. You could pick them up here and there at estate sales or discounters like TJ Maxx.

Alternatively, you could look for crystal or cut glass votive holders and cluster them on a mirror in the center of the table with a few flowers. The votive holders could double as your favors.

Floating candles are a nice idea:

You could do something like this and hang tiny crystals on the ends, and use votive candles below. If you put it on a round mirror, I think it would look really pretty:

LillianVernon has really pretty, graceful hurricane candle holders:

This may come in useful - glass bead garland:

This website uses a "crystal accent". It looks a little strange to me but you may like it:

Reply:why not use the flowers that everyone will be carrying that way they serve 2 purposes.
Reply:We got some pretty wavy glass globes and put crystal and colored rocks in the bottom then set a votive candle (in a glass holder) in the middle and filled in the rocks around them and they look great!
Reply:It would be great to use cornflowers, real or silk, in an arrangement.
Reply:Ok, I actually did this for a centerpiece at a party and it looked amazing!

Take a piece of mirror and put it in the center

Take different sized creme candles and put them on the mirror (large round candles)

Take bags of crystals and sprinkle them on the mirror and surrounding the mirror

Take flowers or fall leaves and sprinkle them on the table and over the mirrored piece.

Another idea would be to take large bowls of water and out floating candles in them and put crystals in the bottom of the bowl then do some sort of floral and fall looking fresh flower wreath to go around the bottom of the bowls
Reply:I did the mirror with a bowl of water and floating candle thing, but someone forgot to add the water...lack of planning on my part.

Oh, I had the crystals scattered on the mirror too. It really looked pretty even w/o the water.
Reply:It all depends on what you're looking for. Do you want flower arrangements, maybe candle arrangements, more crafty things. I have lots of ideas, I just need to know what you're looking for.
Reply:Hello, I hope that your wedding comes off great. I read all the responses and all the ideas are great. I would recommend finding a gift wrap paper that you think goes along with the color theme. I would cut it so that a vase could sit in the middle of it. Then, put crystal rocks or beads in it and maybe some silk or real flowers that accent what you are after. I know that in my area...Citti's florist will order flowers for you. Maybe a florist where you live can do it for you. Walmart and Michaels Craft websites could help you also. I would also go to OrientalTrading.com. They have a very nice wedding section and you could look in their craft section also. My mother wrapped boxes of different sizes in the colors I wanted in my wedding and then added curly ribbon in bunches on top of them. It looked really pretty. Good luck.
Reply:Get clear vases with a some kind of blue color tied around it. Then get some brown branches from a craft store or real ones Im sure florist can tell you where to get some. Put the branches in the vase and hang strands of crystal on the branches.
